biked to sugarhouse for the workout. for the advanced run we went to tanner park. then we did a park lap as a warm up for the newbies. then we came back and did a circuit. then we did our core.
started at the peace gardens and ran 4 miles out and then finished those up by running back. but i went home cause i needed to go babysit for my mom. so i got off the trail at 17th south.
biked to liberty for the workout. ran a lap warm-up. then we did strides before we did the 800s. then my first 800 was 2:44.86 then my second was 2:36.39. then we ran back to the fountain adn a little further to wrap up.
