i biked to my library back and forth as well but i had to do this twice because i had forgotten my library card. my estimated time for between my house and library was about 10 min.

 today i biked up to sugar house and went on the advanced run at the earlier time. then afterwards we did another run with the rookies and we were all assigned rookies to run with. my group was the last one in, but i don't feel all that bad about it cause we were stopping alot, and i kinda needed to stop too. then later i had to bike up to fairmont aquatic center for my job interview and swim test. may have been more then 7 miles not sure.

i biked up to sunnyside this morning but when i looked at the clock on east it was 7:15 so i was late and i hurried my butt up there but when i did get there no one was there. so i decided to go home and do my own run which i just barely got done with and it felt good. i ran with my dog Maya and she did slow me down a bit but not much. i ran a along the river trail to 21st south and then i went across 21st to a roundabout and turned around and went home i'm sure that it was no where near the 7 miles i want but i might go on another run later to try to make 7.

Go to gmap-pedometer and map your run and it will give you the close distance you ran. You need to stay consistent and know the weekly mileage, so we know where we are headed for you with your training.

was late to workout in the morning. we ran from the hoggle zoo to the flag pole at about 21st south. then we did the buddy run and went up the trail. the guys were supposed to go to red butte, but sadly i was not there to hear it and only ran where the girls were going and stopped at a fence. Iw aws watching travis and i could tell that he has potential as a runner. not sure on the milleage if anyone knows please let me know.

biked to liberty for the workout in the morning. ran around liberty 3 times that day atleast. did my core workout before workout and after.

 I biked up to sugar house and then did the advanced run today which was the cemetary loop. then afterwards we went down to fairmont park and did srtides with the noobies and then went back up to the park for a set of a circuit (which kinda hurt). during the advanced run my left neck muscle kinda cramped up for a minute. other then that i'm jsut sore at the moment which is a good thing. Right??

biked up to sunnyside to get to workout. then the first thing we did was the gulley loop 2 and a half times. then we came back and everyone else did a white tree loop, but me and some other people went back to the gulley to pick up any stragglers. then after that we did 10 min. of Fartlek 1 min. off 1 min. on. then for cooldown we did one big park lap. then i biked to the library.

biked up to liberty for workout. first thing we did was a lap warm-up. then for the workout we did 6 continous hill laps. then we did a really long cool down that was a little over 2 park laps. my neck muscle was bugging me again.

biked to sugarhouse for the workout. for the advanced run we went to tanner park. then we did a park lap as a warm up for the newbies. then we came back and did a circuit. then we did our core.

started at the peace gardens and ran 4 miles out and then finished those up by running back. but i went home cause i needed to go babysit for my mom. so i got off the trail at 17th south.

biked to liberty for the workout. ran a lap warm-up. then we did strides before we did the 800s. then my first 800 was 2:44.86 then my second was 2:36.39. then we ran back to the fountain adn a little further to wrap up.

woke up to late to get to workout. I told myslef i would run at night when it was cooler but i was busy with scouts at night so, sadly i did not run today.

i have no clue how far we went so i'm jsut gonna through a wild guess at 8 miles. my dad gave me a ride to the workout. we did a block for warm-up passing the hospital. then we did  8 strides. for the workout we did the killer hill known as Bessie 4 times. then we did the regions 5k as a cooldown. then i had to bike home. did core later on at night.

got up at 3:45 to wait for coach to come get me. then when i was ready did a warm-up around my neighborhood and strechted. then we drove for an hour. when we got there i grabbed my race stuff and waited in line with taylor and natalie. then we dorve up the canyon and started the race at about 7. during the first part i tried to keep adn with Nat and Taylor but i had to hold off on the pace because i knew i wouldn't have lasted like that. i tried to beat a woman named Michelle Lowry or somehting liek that during the begging but she jsut kept passing me. it was fun i enjoyed it adn want to do more half marathons in the future.

I know you get busy, but take the time to be consistent. You can't make up for days gone by or missed workouts. It is one day stacked on the next that helps you achieve success. A strong commitment to do your best, what ever it is that day, each and everyday. This compounds to a stronger better you.

bike up to sugarhouse. we did one lap warmup and then we did like 5 reps of a hill course that bill set up. i timed my last 3 and i got 2:18, 2:19 and 2:09. i kicked it on the last one.then we did the last 600M of the state course twice, but itw as only part of it. then I was supposed to do 2 laps cooldown but i only did one casue i had no idea how long my boss would be at work. gonna maek up for it tongith and do crunches adn puch ups
