biked up to sunnyside to get to workout. then the first thing we did was the gulley loop 2 and a half times. then we came back and everyone else did a white tree loop, but me and some other people went back to the gulley to pick up any stragglers. then after that we did 10 min. of Fartlek 1 min. off 1 min. on. then for cooldown we did one big park lap. then i biked to the library. |
