i have no clue how far we went so i'm jsut gonna through a wild guess at 8 miles. my dad gave me a ride to the workout. we did a block for warm-up passing the hospital. then we did 8 strides. for the workout we did the killer hill known as Bessie 4 times. then we did the regions 5k as a cooldown. then i had to bike home. did core later on at night. |
