bike up to sugarhouse. we did one lap warmup and then we did like 5 reps of a hill course that bill set up. i timed my last 3 and i got 2:18, 2:19 and 2:09. i kicked it on the last one.then we did the last 600M of the state course twice, but itw as only part of it. then I was supposed to do 2 laps cooldown but i only did one casue i had no idea how long my boss would be at work. gonna maek up for it tongith and do crunches adn puch ups
